DXtrade trade copier

HydraSync FX copies trades to and from DXtrade accounts. A DXtrade account can receive copies from MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradeLocker, MatchTrader or a Telegram channel, and it can be the source for any of them. Copying runs on our servers, so your computer can be off. DXtrade support is in beta.

How it connects

Each DXtrade broker runs its own web platform. HydraSync connects to it the same way that web platform does, with your platform address (for example https://trader.yourbroker.com), username and password. The domain field is only needed if your broker asks for one.

What is copied

• Opening and closing positions, BUY and SELL
• Stop loss and take profit, at open and when the source moves them
• Partial closes, the same fraction as the source
• Live balance and equity, and the source's close

A position opened by HydraSync is remembered by its broker id, so a close from the source closes that position only. As a source, DXtrade passes on new positions, closes, partial closes and stop loss / take profit moves.

Set it up

1. Create an account (14-day free trial, no card).
2. Add the DXtrade account on the Accounts page: platform address, username, password.
3. Run the connection test.
4. If your broker adds a suffix to instruments (EURUSD.i), set it on the account.
5. Create a copy link and test with a small trade on a demo account.

Good to know

• Lot sizes follow the broker's step. A copy is rounded down (0.175 lot becomes 0.17), never up; a size below the minimum is not copied and you are notified.
• Symbol names. Many DXtrade brokers list both EURUSD and EURUSD.i where only one trades. Set the suffix, and a rename for indices (US30 to DJ30). See Symbols.
• Price-gap guard. DXtrade gives no quote before an order, so the check is made right after the fill: if the gap is too large the position is closed again at once.
• The broker must allow this access for your account. Prop firms often restrict it; see Prop firms.

FAQ

Can I copy MT4 or MT5 to DXtrade?

Yes. The MetaTrader side uses the HydraSync EA; the DXtrade side is handled from our servers.

Can a DXtrade account be the source?

Yes. Its opens, closes, partial closes and stop loss / take profit changes are copied to the linked destinations.

Why was a copy refused with a size error?

The computed lot was below the instrument's minimum or not on its step. Raise the multiplier or use a minimum lot on the link.

Does it work with every DXtrade broker?

It works with brokers whose web platform allows this access. Run the connection test on the Accounts page: it tells you before any trade is placed.
