Affiliate program

Recommend HydraSync FX and earn a share of what the customers you bring pay, for as long as they pay. This page explains how it works and is also the program's terms: you accept them when you apply.

How it works

1. Apply from Affiliate program in the app menu: the country where you receive payments, and how you plan to promote HydraSync FX. Every application is reviewed; you are notified of the decision.
2. Share your link. Once approved you get a personal code and link, for example hydrasyncfx.com/?ref=YOURCODE. The code works on any page of the site. A visitor who follows it is remembered by their browser for 60 days; a visitor can also type your code in the sign-up form.
3. The customer is yours for good. When that visitor creates an account, they are tied to you permanently. If several affiliate links were followed, the last one counts.
4. You earn on every payment. Each time the customer pays HydraSync FX (subscription and paid add-ons, taxes excluded), you earn 20 % of the amount actually paid, for as long as they pay. When they stop paying, commissions stop by themselves; if they subscribe again later, they are still your customer.

The rate, the duration and the windows above are the program's current values; the ones shown on your affiliate page are the ones that apply to you. A different rate may be agreed with an affiliate.

When you are paid

• A commission is on hold for 30 days after the payment, then becomes payable.
• A refund or a chargeback takes back the share of the commission it concerns. If that commission was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
• You are paid once a month, as soon as at least 50 $ is payable. Below that, the amount carries over to the next month.
• United States, United Kingdom, European Economic Area, Canada, Switzerland: payouts are automatic, through Stripe to your bank account. You set this up once from your affiliate page, on Stripe's own pages (identity and bank details: HydraSync FX never sees them), and you can follow your payouts in your Stripe account.
• Other countries: Stripe cannot pay out there. You give your payment details (PayPal, Wise or bank) on your affiliate page and are paid by hand each month.
• Amounts are calculated in US dollars. Transfer and currency-conversion fees of your bank or payment service are yours.

Your affiliate page

It shows your link, clicks over the last 30 days, sign-ups, paying customers, and your commissions (on hold, payable, paid) payment by payment. Customers are numbered, never named: you see what each one earns you, not who they are or what they trade.

Rules

• No self-referral: you cannot earn on your own account or on accounts you control.
• Honest promotion only: no spam, no misleading claims (guaranteed profits, "risk-free"), no bidding on the HydraSync FX brand name in search ads, no impersonating HydraSync FX. Trading involves a risk of loss; say so.
• Fraud (fake accounts, stolen cards, cookie stuffing) cancels the commissions concerned and ends the affiliation.
• HydraSync FX may suspend an affiliate who breaks these rules, change the program's terms for new commissions with notice on this page, or end the program; commissions already earned under the rules remain due.
• You are responsible for declaring your earnings and paying any taxes that apply where you live.
